Always relaxing, but with an emphasis on therapeutic treatment and real results.

Our Massage Therapy is Different:
Therapist-Driven

At Elevate Health, each massage therapy session is custom designed for you as an individual client. We don’t expect you to choose modalities. Instead, our therapists conduct detailed intake assessments, then choose a unique combination of modalities that will help you best achieve your health goals. Massage sessions are always deeply relaxing and rejuvenating, and our therapists strive to create a true healing partnership with you by utilizing your feedback and preferences to continually refine your experience.

Integrative

Massage therapy is a key part of our integrative approach to medicine.  Your therapist has unique access to consult on your treatment plan with our naturopathic doctor as well as the rest of our team of integrative health professionals. All with one goal in mind: to help you succeed in optimizing your health as quickly and efficiently as possible.

No Upsells

We’ll never ask you to pay extra for things like hot stones, deep heat, aromatherapy, or any other “upgrades”. Instead of optional add-ons that force you to make a sales decision on the spot, we believe these enhancements should be integrated into your massage when recommended by your therapist or requested by you.

Our Specialties

Myofascial Release (MFR)

Myofascial Release (MFR) is a manipulative treatment that helps to release tension in the fascia (the most important connective tissue in the body) due to trauma, posture, or inflammation. It’s like stretching on steroids. It also greatly magnifies the other techniques used in your session.

Fire Cupping

With fire cupping, special glass cups are suctioned to your skin and then either left in place or moved along meridian channels that contain acupressure points. Cupping is great for muscle tension, releasing muscle adhesions and toxins, stimulating blood flow, lymph and energy through the body, and much more. Plus, it allows your therapist to “multi-task” and achieve even more in a session.

Sports Massage

Whether you want to prepare for a specific event, keep your body in top maintenance shape, or recover from an injury, sports massage can help you take your performance to the next level. And it’s not just for athletes either — if you participate in movement-based activities (from fly-fishing to dog walking), sports massage can help keep you enjoying the things you love most.
