as an Elevate Health patient and to help you get quick answers to some of the little questions
that may come up during the course of your care.

Emergencies

In the Event of an Emergency

Please all 911 or go directly to the emergency room.  Elevate Health does not offer a paging service and doctors will not reliably answer patient messages after business hours.  Any after-hours communication may incur a charge.

Scheduling

Need to schedule a visit?

Call or text us at 406-219-3631 and one of our Patient Care Coordinators will get you scheduled with your doctor.

If you are a Primary Care Member you can also message the office through the Spruce App.

Communicating with your Doctor

Call or Text the Office

The best way to get a time-sensitive message to your doctor during business hours is always to call the office.  If you contact us outside of business hours or during a holiday closure, we will be in touch the next business day.

Message through the Elation Passport

If you would like to send an email to your doctor you can message them directly through the Elation Passport.  This is a secure portal where you can directly message your doctor and access your health records.  The Elation Passport can be used in a web browser or through the mobile app.   When your doctor responds you will be alerted through your email address.  The Elation Passport is available for all patients. 

Direct Messaging

If you are a Primary Care Member, you can use Spruce Health, a mobil app that allows you to quickly message your doctor.  When you start your membership, you will be invited to Spruce Health via SMS.  Please contact the office if you need us to re-send your invitation.

Prescription Refills

Refill Policy

We have a standard 48 hour turn-around time for refilling all prescriptions. If you are out of refills, please contact your pharmacy directly and they will send us a refill request. Doing this promptly will shorten your refill time and ensure that you do not have a lapse in your medication. Feel free to also contact us to let us know that a request will be coming in for your medication. 

Additionally, if you are out of refills for a prescription, it likely means that you are due for a visit or a lab recheck so that the doctor can make sure your medication is working correctly. 

If your prescription does have more refills available, you can just contact your pharmacy to pick up more medication.

Ordering Supplements

In-Office Dispensary

We carry many of our most commonly used physician-grade supplements in the office, but if our stock is low or we do not carry a specific supplement that the doctor is recommending for you, we are happy to special order those products into the office for you.

If you would like to pick up a specific supplement from the office please call or text us at 406-219-3631 and we will arrange a contactless pick up of your supplements for you.

Fullscript (online dispensary)

We are happy to use Fullscript, an online supplement dispensary that offers a wide selection of physician-grade supplements that can be shipped directly to you.  Once your doctor completes your personalized treatment plan in Fullscript, including any supplements they are recommending, you will get an email and/or text notification that your “Prescription” is ready.  You can either place the order on their website or mobile app, or you can call the Elevate Health office and have us place the order for you.  Your supplements will be delivered to the address of your choice.
